How does the trial work?

Starter and Growth start with a 7-day trial, with a card. During the trial your usage is Starter-sized, whichever plan you chose; full limits start with the first payment on day 8. The trial turns into your chosen plan unless you cancel. Scale starts paid, without a trial. There is one trial per workspace.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing more is added until the allowance resets. Everything you already have stays visible, and Growth Genie shows the date it resets. There are no overage charges.

Which AI engines can I pick?

Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode are always included and do not count as picks. On top of them you choose one, two or three of ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, depending on your plan. You choose per site, and can change at any time.

Can I use a larger Claude model?

Yes. Claude answers use Haiku 5.5 by default. You can switch your workspace to Sonnet 5.5 or Opus 5.5; because larger models cost more per answer, Claude then covers fewer of your questions, and we show you how many before you switch.

Are limits per site or per workspace?

Per workspace. Questions, keywords, drafts and analytics events are shared across your sites. Each plan caps the number of sites, and competitors are set per site.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. You can cancel at the end of the period, and undo it, from the billing portal.

Do prices include tax?

No. Prices are shown before tax, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Why is there no unlimited plan?

Every answer is a real question to a real engine, asked every day. An unlimited plan would have to ask less often or use a cheaper source. We would rather tell you the number.
